The VennTerra Group is a commercial and residential home builder and land development firm primarily developing in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Our primary focus is mainly on single-family residential lots with a mission to turn raw, buildable land into buildable lots, including the infrastructure for the neighborhood.  We are a one-stop firm that has a team of professional engineers and design technicians and we have expanded our ability to self-develop with the acquisition of a local grading company and forestry harvesting company that works solely on our projects. We have developed over 4500 lots since 2010 and have transformed distressed real estate into thriving,  livable communities.
